We believe architecture is the result of interactive and creative collaborations.
From the feasibility studies to construction administration, several phases are connected to each other. Based on a client’s taste, we starting to translate their idea to 2D, 3D images. Design constantly develops through schematic design, design development, construction document while we keep communicating with clients and consultants.
Construction administration step is where we will able to see how our ideas come to a physical.

June Her, Founder, NCARB, LEED-AP
June Her is the principal architect at JH2. A great visionary leader, she has a career that spans over 20 years of notable experience in planning, architecture, and interior design. She understands the economics and functional objectives of her diverse clients’ needs that result in the execution of award-winning projects.
Her vast portfolio includes a broad range of residential and commercial design projects, including a modern sustainable beach home on the Uruguayan Riviera; Hanwha High-rise in Korea, Grandeur Luxury Resort Tower in Beijing, China; Ko’olani High Rise Condominium in Honolulu, Hawaii and Al Khobar Lake Retail Shopping Center in Saudi Arabia to only name a few.
Prior to opening her own firm, she worked at Bassenian Lagoni Architects in Newport Beach, California; Durrant Media Five Architects in Honolulu, Hawaii; and Leonard Parker Associates in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She obtained her undergraduate degrees in architecture from SungKyunKwan University in Seoul, Korea, and her Master’s from Texas A&M University. June is a Licensed Architect in California and Hawaii.
Louisa Nip, Senior Designer
Louisa Nip is the senior designer at JH2. She started her career working as a project coordinator at a builder company 18 years ago. To pursue further her career, she then worked as an architectural designer and project manager in different architectural firms. Her experience working for builders prior to working at architectural firms has helped her to excel in understanding the client’s needs. From designing single-family and multi-family products to clubhouse and other product types, She was able to generate creative solutions and effectively provide project management, drafting, and graphics.
Prior to joining JH2, she worked at Grand Pacific Communities in West Covina; Bassenian Lagoni Architects in Newport Beach, California; Keating Khang in Pasadena, California; KTGY Architecture + Planning in Irvine, California. She obtained her undergraduate degree in architectural design from the University of California, Berkeley.
Nan Jeong, Design Manager
Nan Jeong is the Design Manager and founding member at JH2. She joined JH2 Architects in 2014 and a career that spans over 6 years of notable experience in architecture, and interior design. She understands the entire design process with depth from feasibility study to building permit process. Also specialized in the graphic design of all documents.
She obtained her undergraduate in graphic design from California State University Long Beach.
Kobe Baik, Project Manager
Kobe Baik is the Project Manager at JH2. He joined JH2 Architects in 2017 and a career that spans over 3 years of notable experience in architecture, and interior design. he understands from concept design to construction documents of his several projects that result in successful execution.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an intern at Mass Studies for a short time. He obtained his undergraduate degree in architectural engineering from Kangnam University in Korea and his Master’s from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Bona Kim, Marketing Coordinator
Bona Kim is the Marketing Coordinator at JH2. She joined JH2 Architects in 2020 and a career that spans over 10 years of notable experience in photography and digital marketing. She develops and manages all internal communication systems. One of her strengths is creating and organizing digital sources for digital marketing.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a photographer in Italy for 10 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree in fashion from Istituto Secoli in Milan.
