  • The home we designed in Maldonado, Uruguay is a single family 2-story custom designed luxury residence situated as a beach house with an ocean view.

    As the home is in progress, the residence is the height of modern luxury beautifully designed with a modern interior, exterior, and a separate guest house perfect for hosting.

  • The design emphasizes modernity at its forefront, with a natural-themed exterior painted with smooth white paint, wooden detailing and a light stone trim.

    Paired with glass railings and a tall wooden canopy overlooking the ocean, the home portrays style and openness to create a light and airy space perfect for a family beach getaway.

  • The home also includes a small private pool at the back portion, organizing itself in an environmentally friendly atmosphere.

    All rooms are situated with natural lighting and cross-ventilation to provide the resident with all of the relaxing vibes they desire.

  • Formerly known as Yoyogi, the Shinjuku Condominium reflects the strong industrial character of the area, which bears many similarities to the SoHo and Tribeca neighborhoods of New York City.

    This character is reflected in basic, durable building materials such as stone, brick and cast iron, with strong vertical structural expression. Abundant natural light floods interior spaces, and the interior design overall reflects a “swanky, soulful” mood, with eclectic furnishings that soften the industrial feel of the structure itself.

  • Residents sense an immediate transition from urban streetscape to domestic haven as soon as they enter into the building’s comfortable environment.
