Our Ocean Beach House, located in San Diego, is a 2-story and 2-unit residence that is a custom project, enchanted by a direct use of a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, literally two blocks away from the coastline.

The Ocean Beach House is artistically and proportionately crafted in a way to please the eye. Located on a terrace of the iconic Sunset Cliffs of San Diego, this hillside home emphasizes the epitome of clean modern architecture and relaxation.
The second-story outdoor deck serves as a beacon to enjoy the ocean view, and the smooth white stucco style greets you as the exterior feature of the house, contrasted with the glass and black-coated matter canopy, which stylizes the residence while proudly displaying against the blue sky, clear ocean, and lush greenery that surround the home.

Modern Coastal Interior Design
The first floor of the home is organized in an open-spaced architectural fashion that is nothing less of luxurious: smooth white interiors and marble countertops in the kitchen space compliment the relaxed lounging corner that features two-corner windows of the home, perfect to watch the sunset over the ocean blue.
The upstairs space features an iconic master bedroom suite with windows on two sides of the room, offering not only cross-ventilation which is a JH2-must have, but also spectacular views of the sky and ocean with no interference with direct access to a roof deck from the second floor.
Stepping out of the master suite means relaxing in the upstairs lounge area, complete with a sink island and counter area for hosting intimate parties of families and friends within the comfort of your own space or under the stars with an outdoor space capable of any occasion.
