City of Beverly Hills Proclaims "Crustacean Day" Following JH2's Opulent Redesign

JH2 Architects is honored to have been featured in the Orange County Register following the $10 million renovation of Crustacean Beverly Hills. Lead architect June Her partnered with the House of An family to transform the iconic restaurant into an opulent modern dining destination.

The reopening on March 12, 2018, coincided with the City of Beverly Hills proclaiming, "Crustacean Day" in honor of executive chef Helene An. The OCR feature highlights JH2's multi-level design, which houses two distinct dining concepts under one roof, the reimagined Crustacean downstairs and the exclusive Da Lat Rose upstairs.

Our design creates a sophisticated atmosphere that balances luxury with functionality, featuring adaptable spaces, refined materials, and thoughtful details throughout. The feature underscores how JH2 Architects elevated this Beverly Hills landmark into a new era of elevated dining.
