An’s residence is a 6,196 square foot mansion located at Beverly Hills. Prior to being renovated by JH2, Van Pelt & Maybury architects created a masterpiece on iconic Rexford Drive in 1927.

After a century, the owner decided to upgrade the historic residence. While preserving the spatial layout of the heritage, the exterior and interior have been renovated to make it look modern classic with a small addition at the backside of the residence.

On the front facade, gray precast trims around windows and doors give a timeless elegance to the residence. New dormer on porte-cochere and chimney on the roof enhance the modern classic looking.

The interior of the residence features a modern classic design allowing for a luxurious atmosphere. From the foyer and staircase to the ceilings, JH2 has designed and added beautiful moldings.

The proper use of different types of molding has elevated the richness of texture into the house. The ornate crown molding on ceiling and grid doors were used for office and brings light into the space.

Daylight from the tall skylight illuminates the landing space to remain bright during the day.

Using marble tile, luxe herringbone marble floor, and gray paint with the molding in the bathroom are harmonized with each other.
