Located in the heart of Corona del Mar’s iconic Flower Streets, this renovation embodies JH2 Architects’ philosophy of classic architecture refined through a modern coastal lens. The project is designed as a quiet, enduring backdrop for Southern California living—where proportion, material integrity, and light define the experience.

A palette of natural off-white walls establishes a classic foundation, intentionally neutral to highlight the richness of true materials.

In the kitchen, Super White Dolomite marble is paired with solid walnut cabinetry, creating a subtle dialogue between cool stone and warm wood. Custom millwork design, minimal hardware, and precise alignments reinforce a sense of craftsmanship and permanence.

Master Bathroom Design Through Proportion and Light

Bathrooms follow the same architectural language with a lighter expression, featuring Bianco Dolomite marble complemented by walnut vanities with polish nickel accent faucets.

The continuity of materials such as Calacatta gold, and cararra Marble throughout the home creates cohesion while allowing each space to feel calm, luminous, and refined.
